Yahoo Mail is down for hundreds of users who have reported issues with logging as well as reading and receiving e-mail.
Independent website Down Detector has received reports from hundreds of Yahoo Mail users reporting issues with the e-mail service.
According to their outage map, the Yahoo Mail down reports are mainly coming from the US and also in the UK and parts of Europe.
Down Detector is an independent website that tracks social mentions are certain topics to detect outages.
Yahoo Mail users have taken to social media site Twitter to report issues with the service.
One user tweeted: “@yahoomail my email has not been working – doesn’t recognize my password. When resetting – it says there is an error.”
While another said: “@yahoomail is there a problem with ur email service I’ve tried to view emails but all I’m getting is “undisclosed recipients”.
And one posted: “#yahoo #yahoomail What’s going on with Yahoo Mail? #yahoohelp”.
However, they have been telling customers that they “don’t have any information about it being down right now”.
This is not the first time in recent weeks that Yahoo Mail has gone down.
At the start of October Yahoo Mail users across UK and Europe experiencing issues with the service.
Hundreds of users were left unable to login to their online email inbox or send new messages.
BT Mail customers were also been left unable to access their email accounts since Yahoo currently runs the system that powers those email addresses.
Enraged customers have flooded social media to complain about the problems.

Yahoo parent company Oath said that their team responded quickly to the e-mail issues users reported and they believe the problem has been resolved at this stage.
