YouTube has opened up their live streaming service to users that have 100 or more subscribers.

The announcement was made during the fourth annual unofficial YouTube conference known as VidCon. YouTube chose their closing keynote Thursday to announce the new development together with other changes to be implemented.

Less than three months ago, YouTube allowed subscribers with 1,000 or more to have live streaming.  Access to this feature will be rolled out gradually so check back for the “Enable” button for YouTube Live on the accounts feature page if you don’t see it yet.
