LG Optimus G Pro launched in India for Rs 42,500

Korean electronics LG on Thursday launched its much-awaited phablet Optimus G Pro in India.

The phone, priced at Rs 42,500 is the highest priced phone from LG’s stable for Indian market.

The LG Optimus G Pro features a 5.5-inch Full HD display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor, 2GB RAM and Android Jelly Bean.

The device also features a 13MP rear camera with 2.1MP front facing camera. It comes with an inbuilt storage of 32 GB with support for expandable memory card slot and has a 3140mAh battery onboard. This phone has features, wherein both cameras can record video simultaneously and a user can see the images on the same screen while recording.

Even before the formal launch, the smartphone was already listed on e-commerce portal like Flipkart.com without any price tag.
