Sony increases its sales centres in Nairobi

Speaking at the opening ceremony on Wednesday, Sony’s managing director for MEA Hiroyasu Sugiyama said the new centres will help reinforce in the quick undertaking of after sale services requirements which he termed as a key component for sales.

The two new centres will be located in Parklands and Kimathi Street in Nairobi respectively.

The service centers are equipped to repair and restore a wide range of Sony products like BRAVIA LCD/LED TVs, Handycam camcorders, VAIO notebook computers, Cyber-shot digital still cameras and Network Walkman portable music devices.

According to data from the company, the centres receive an average up to 1,200 units every month.

The opening of the service centres continues Sony’s long term strategic investment program in infrastructure resources.
