I’ve seen a lot of keywords research that has been poorly executed. This might be because a lot of SEOs out there don’t know the proper way of doing a keyword research or they are rushing things. Although there are a lot of tools you can use to help you do this the easier and faster way. You can use these tools to find keywords that you might be missing and still giving you revenue or traffic. There are a lot of keyword research tools you can use but here are some of the things you have to look at:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Webmaster Tools
  • SEMrush
  • Raventools
  • SEOmoz
  • SEObook
  • Wordsteam
  • Ubersuggest
  • Citation Labs
  • SpyFu

I haven’t listed all the keyword research tools because there are a lot of keyword research tools you can use. There are paid and free ones you can use. But I suggest keeping a list of free tools and also running a paid tool to make sure you covered everything.
